Measure
We come by at a time that works for you, measure every room and stair, and check what's under the current floor so nothing is a surprise on install day.
- We look for squeaks, low spots and moisture before anything is ordered
- You don't need to move anything — we work around your furniture
- Usually takes 30–60 minutes

Choose
We bring samples to your home so you see colours in your own light, not a showroom's. We'll say plainly what holds up in a basement versus a bedroom, and what fits your budget.

- No pressure — take as long as you need
- We can order a strike-off sample before you commit

Quote
One written price covering everything: material, underpad, removal of the old floor, subfloor prep, installation and cleanup. What you see is what you pay.
- Itemised so you can see exactly what each part costs
- Valid for 30 days — no pressure to sign
- Where the old materials are going is listed on the quote

Install
The same crew that measured arrives on install day. We move the furniture, take out the old floor, prep the subfloor and lay the new one. Most rooms are finished by end of day.
- Furniture moved and returned — we use floor sliders, not feet
- Subfloor levelled and squeaks fixed before anything goes down
- Site left tidy each evening if the job runs more than one day

Walk through
Before we leave, you walk every seam, threshold and stair with us. If anything isn't right, we fix it on the spot. We don't pack up until you're happy.
- Spare boards left with you for future repairs
- Care instructions left behind in writing
